Exchange Eligibility
- We offer exchanges for women’s ethnic wear products only.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 1 day (24 hours) after receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange Conditions
- Only size and color exchanges are permitted (subject to availability)
- Products must be in original packaging with all tags intact
- No exchanges for damaged or altered products
- Exchange is subject to product availability
Exchange Timeline
- Exchange requests: Within 1 day of delivery
- Processing: 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item
- Dispatch of replacement / Echange: 2-3 business days
- Delivery: 5-7 business days
Exchange Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
No Returns
- We do not accept returns and allow refunds for any products
- Only exchanges are permitted as per the above policy
